The Idaho State Cosmetology Board meeting was called to order at 3:02 p.m., Tuesday, May 9, 2006 at the Bureau of Occupational Licenses, Owyhee Plaza, 1109 Main Street, Suite 220, Boise, Idaho.

Bureau Staff: Budd Hetrick, Deputy Bureau Chief
Marcie McGinty, Investigations Coordinator
Emily Mac Master, Deputy Attorney General
Emily Mac Master, Deputy Attorney General presented and discussed a Second Stipulation And Consent Order in the license matters of Phong Duong, Owner of Glamour Nails, Case Nos. COS-2006-8 and COS-2006-9.
After full discussion and review, it was moved by Ms Huff to accept the Second Stipulation And Consent Order as written and to authorize Chairman Negaard to sign the Order on behalf of the Board. Seconded by Ms Thompson, motion carried.
