Conference Call Minutes of 6/3/2008

Meeting was called to order at 1:00 p.m. MDT by William J. Dial.

EXECUTIVE SESSION

Mr. Thomas moved to go into executive session for review of applications and discussion of potential litigation per Idaho Codes 67-2345 (1) (d), and 67-2345 (1) (f). Mr. Ogram seconded.  Aye votes:  Mr. Thomas, Mr. Ogram, and Mr. Dial.

Nay votes: None. Motion carried

Mr. Ogram moved to come out of executive session. Mr. Thomas seconded. Aye votes:  Mr. Thomas, Mr. Ogram, and Mr. Dial. Nay votes: None. Motion carried

APPLICATIONS

     Approved for Licensure

Mr. Thomas moved to issue licenses to those approved by the Board.  Mr. Ogram seconded, motion carried.

Mr. Ogram moved to issue the Landscape Architect-in-training permit to:

OLD BUSINESS

The disciplinary complaint I LAR-2005-1 is tabled until the July 30, 2008, meeting.

NEXT MEETING

The next scheduled meeting is July 30, 2008, at 1 p.m. at the Bureau.

ADJOURNMENT

Mr. Ogram moved to adjourn the meeting at 1:40 p.m.  Mr. Thomas seconded the motion, motion carried.
