Minutes of November 8, 2005

The Idaho Board of Liquefied Petroleum Gas Safety conference call was called to order at 9:30 a.m., Tuesday, November 8, 2005 at the Bureau of Occupational Licenses, Owyhee Plaza, 1109 Main Street, Suite 220, Boise, Idaho.

Board members participating in the call:  Gary Van Hees, Chair; Kevin Keller; Mike Warner & Jake Lehman

Board members absent were:  Shane Walker

Bureau staff:          Rayola Jacobsen, Bureau Chief

                                    Roger Hales, Administrative Attorney

                                    Mary Miles, Technical Records Specialist I

Review of dealer and facility applications.

Motion made by Kevin Keller to move into Executive Session. Seconded by Mike Warner, motion passed.

Motion made by Mike Warner to leave Executive Session. Seconded by Jake Lehman, motion passed.

Chairman, Gary Van Hees recused himself from discussion and approval of Ryan Poole’s application.

Motion made by Kevin Keller to approve for licensure the dealer applications of Raymond Milks, Richard Fiellen, Sharon Wicks, Ryan Poole; the facility applications of Amerigas Propane; Sandpoint, Coeur d’ Alene, Kamiah, Lewiston locations and Ed Straub & Sons. Seconded by Mike Warner, motion passed.

Discussion held regarding HVAC licensure and LPG licensure.

Kevin Keller will contact Baron Glasgow from the Propane Association asking for his help in distributing information to dealers.

Motion made by Mike Warner to adjourn. Seconded by Kevin Keller, motion passed.
