The Idaho Board of Liquefied Petroleum Gas Safety conference call was called to order at 9:50 a.m., Friday, February 17, 2006 at the Bureau of Occupational Licenses, Owyhee Plaza, 1109 Main Street, Suite 220, Boise, Idaho.

Bureau staff:	Rayola Jacobsen, Bureau Chief
	Mary Miles, Technical Records Specialist I

 

Motion made by Kevin Keller to move into Executive Session to review applications. Seconded by Mike Warner, motion passed.

 

Motion made by Mike Warner to come out of Executive Session. Seconded by Kevin Keller, motion passed.

 

Motion made by Kevin Keller to accept and approve dealer applications for Cory L.

Bradford, Jeanette K. Carson, Wade Edington, John W. Forgy, Bradley G. Gambles, Kathy H. Griffin, Darlene N. Hall, Troy N. Hinck, Jeffery F. Jacobsen, Patrick J. Low, Anne M. King, Thomas F. Martin, Bonnie S. Nelson, Jon E. Price, Jeffrey S. Tucker, and facility applications for Amerigas Propane – St. Anthony, North Idaho Propane, and V-1 Propane – Donnelly. Applications held for JT Hill and Robert Crump for clarification of information received on their applications. Seconded by Mike Warner, motion passed.   Board Chair Gary Van Hees recused himself from speaking and/or voting on the Amerigas applications.

 

Motion made by Kevin Keller to adjourn the meeting at 10:10 a.m. Seconded by Mike Warner, motion passed.
