      Minutes of December 27, 2006

The Idaho Board of Liquefied Petroleum Gas Safety conference call was called to order at 9:15 a.m., Wednesday, December 27, 2006 at the Bureau of Occupational Licenses, Owyhee Plaza, 1109 Main Street, Suite 220, Boise, Idaho.

Board members participating in the call:    Kevin Keller
                                                                           Mike Warner
                                                                           Shane Walker 

Board members absent were:     Gary Van Hees
                                                        Jake Lehman 

Bureau staff:      Rayola Jacobson, Bureau Chief
                            Cherie Simpson, Management Assistant

Motion made by Mr. Warner to enter into executive session to consider records exempt from public disclosure as stated in 67-2345 (1) (d).  Seconded by Mr. Walker, motion passed.

Motion made by Mr. Walker to come out of executive session. Seconded by Mr. Warner, motion passed.

Motion made by Mr. Warner to approve 1 application for dealer licensure and 7 applications for facility licensure. Seconded by Mr. Walker, motion passed.
