CORRESPONDENCE

The Board discussed an e-mail sent to several Idaho appraisers regarding continuing education compliance. The Board asked counsel if it was appropriate to respond to the inaccuracies of the email. Mr. Roger Hales, Administrative Attorney, advised the Board to continue on a case by case basis and reminded the Board that the last three audits showed 100% percent continuing education compliance. He stated there is evidence that Idaho appraisers now understand the importance of continuing education and that it must be completed before they renew their license.
