Meeting was called to order at 9:45 AM MST by Rick A. Bachmeier.
 

EXECUTIVE SESSION

It was moved by Mr. Morgan that the Board enter executive session to review applications which are exempt from public disclosure per Idaho Code 67-2345 (1) (d).  Seconded by Mr. Van Wyk. Ayes were: Mr. Morgan, Mr. Van Wyk, and Mr. Bachmeier, motion carried.

It was moved by Mr. Morgan that the Board enter regular session. Seconded by Mr. Van Wyk. Ayes were: Mr. Morgan, Mr. Van Wyk, and Mr. Bachmeier, motion carried.

APPLICATIONS

The Board asked that the 2/5/2008 agenda include the creating a review checklist for work samples.

It was moved by Mr. Morgan to send the denial letters from the 12/8/2008 Real Estate Appraiser Board meeting with modifications. Seconded by Mr. Van Wyk, motion carried.

ADJOURNMENT

It was moved by Mr. Morgan that the meeting adjourn at 11:15 AM MDT. Seconded by Mr. Van Wyk, motion carried.
